SCI’s new hosting service (FOOD-TRAK^® Service) allows clients to receive the instant benefits from F&B cost control without needing to budget for the software and hardware to run the FOOD-TRAK^® System. Instead, clients pay a monthly, quarterly or annual fee to use the software on our equipment over the internet. The hosted software model – sometimes called "Software as a Service" or "SaaS" has recently become more popular due to the wide availability of high-speed internet connections and the desire to avoid hardware obsolescence and maintenance costs by outsourcing IT functions. Some of the features of this service include:
