software development position
Phoenix-area based developer with 3+ years of experience both in Web and Windows Application development utilizing Visual Basic 6.0 and ASP with a SQL Server 7.0/2000/2005 database backend. Position requires developer to be able to work from user requirements. Responsible for both maintenance of existing code base as well as development of new modules and products.
Must be willing to learn new technologies and how best to apply them to business problems. Application/Database design experience highly desired. Experience preferred with the .NET Framework both with Web and Windows applications. Experience with Pocket PC or .NET Compact Framework is a plus as well.

- Desired Skills: Visual Studio .NET, Visual Basic .NET, ASP.NET, .NET Compact Framework, Wise Windows Installer
- Non-Tech Skills: Self-motivated, self-managed, thinks outside the box, likes to push the development envelope to create new and better ways to do things with existing technology, eager to use the latest technologies and tools
