SCI’s Database Construction and Management Seminar (DCM) is a four-day course that familiarizes new users with most aspects of the FOOD-TRAK^® system. Also used by existing clients as a refresher course, DCM attendees learn to build databases from scratch or modifying existing databases to produce better results. Attendees will also be capable of entering and modifying period information, processing reports, and analyzing results.
